An OYSTEC Offering Portfolio Manager can cover the following range of services, among others:
- Evaluation of existing portfolios (global and local)
- Development of a global and, if necessary, associated additional local offering strategies for marketing, sales and delivery
- Development of a uniform taxonomy and multi-level category levels
- Mapping/Integration of "legacy" portfolios into the new taxonomy and category structure
- Cooperation with important stakeholder groups such as departments, decision makers and experts, e.g. to develop new go-to-market strategies
- Business development and next-gen offers
- Cooperation with partners, e.g. in the licensing business
- Support of further assets such as the revision of websites, social media, marketing collaterals, and others
Service Period:
By agreement (an Offering Portfolio Manager is usually employed for between half a year and 1.5 years, but this can be arranged individually, depending in particular on the industry and organisation).
Global Delivery Model:
Depending on the agreement, services can be provided onsite or remote, i.e. also onshore, nearshore or offshore.
