Any organization that needs a certified Program Manager (from large large enterprises to small midsize companies and across industries such as manufacturing, IT, etc.)

Details:
We provide you with a Program Manager (holder of the Program Management Professional PgMP® certification according to PMI®) to manage your program according to the PMI® Program Management Standard. The Program Manager manages your program, ensuring effective alignment, integration and control of the associated components/projects, sub-programs and other program activities within your organization through actions coordinated within the following five program management domains:

Program Strategy Alignment (alignment of the program with the objectives and values of the implementing organisation)
Program Benefit Management (providing and maximizing financial and non-financial benefits as a result of the program, in particular through the design and implementation of a global and local KPI framework)
Program Stakeholder Engagement (identification and analysis of program stakeholders' needs and influencing expectations)
Governance (monitoring and control of the program through formal rules and structures)
Program Life Cycle Management (definition, execution and completion of the entire program including all required components/projects)

Service Period:
By agreement (a program manager is usually active for between one and four years, but this can be arranged individually, depending in particular on the industry and program environment)

Global Delivery Model:
Primary Onsite (however, depending on the agreement, services can also be provided remotely, i.e. also onshore, nearshore or offshore)

Pricing:
According to hourly rate or daily rate (price on request)
