Final Program Report
When managing a Program, a "Final Program Report" must be completed to ensure proper Program documentation and knowledge transfer for future Programs. Important chapters of such report are usually, besides others, the following: Program Key Information, Strategic Objectives, Program Benefits, Stakeholder Engagement, Program Metrics (e.g. Earned-Value, Financial Management, etc.), Program Risks and Issues, Baseline Changes, Supplier Performance, Program Acceptance, Knowledge Management, and more. OYSTEC provides such template which is also compliant to the Program Management Standard of PMI®. [PMI is a registered trademark of Project Management Institute, Inc.]
