Project Integration Management
Project Integration Management is one of the knowledge management areas of Project Management that describes the coordination and integration of any disciplines and teams within a project. According to the PMI® definition, it explains in detail all the necessary processes required to coordinate all project management activities within the project management process groups. This includes in particular the allocation of resources, the balancing of competing demands, the adjustment of processes to the project goals and the synchronization between all other knowledge management areas of project management.
